1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Manifest Mosaic, a web application operated by Manifest Mosaic (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Service Description

Manifest Mosaic is an AI-powered daily manifestation practice platform that provides:

• AI-generated vision board scenes personalized with your uploaded face photo
• Aura, an AI manifestation coach that delivers daily affirmation cards, coaching, and guided journaling prompts
• Mood tracking, streak tracking, and progress analytics
• A daily practice loop designed to support your personal development goals

The service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible via modern web browsers. It is not a native mobile application.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans

• Free tier: Limited access — one vision board (without face compositing), limited daily features.
• Pro Monthly ($14.99/month): Full access to all features including face-composited boards, Aura coaching, unlimited journaling, and daily affirmation cards.
• Pro Annual ($79/year): Same as Pro Monthly at a discounted rate.
• One-time board ($7.99): A single vision board with face compositing, without a subscription.

Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service (such as failed image generation), please contact us at hello@manifestmosaic.com. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial of Pro features. During the trial, you'll have full access to all Pro features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period automatically.

Each user is eligible for one free trial. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Manifest Mosaic. This includes your face photos, intentions, journal entries, and any other personal content.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide, and that your content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law.

7. AI-Generated Content

Vision board scenes, daily affirmation cards, coaching text, and journal prompts are generated using artificial intelligence. Regarding AI-generated content:

• License to you: You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use AI-generated content created for your account for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• No guarantees: AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. We continuously improve our systems but cannot guarantee perfection.
• Not professional advice: Aura's coaching, affirmations, and journal prompts are for personal development and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.
• Variability: Results vary based on the inputs you provide. The quality and relevance of generated content depends on the specificity and clarity of your intentions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Manifest Mosaic to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our application or AI models.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without written permission.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing mechanisms, or access controls.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

The Manifest Mosaic application, including its design, code, features, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Manifest Mosaic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

“Manifest Mosaic,” “Aura,” the Manifest Mosaic logo, and related branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

The underlying AI models used for image generation and language processing are provided by third-party partners and are subject to their respective terms and licenses.

10. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time through account settings. This permanently deletes all your data, images, journal entries, and associated information from our systems and, where technically feasible, from our third-party providers.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security risk. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

Upon termination, your license to use the service and any AI-generated content ceases. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or meet your expectations.
• Using the service will result in achieving your personal goals or intentions.
• The service will be compatible with all devices and browsers.

Manifest Mosaic is a personal development tool. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or any other professional service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manifest Mosaic and its founder, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by placing a prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
